Marist started out as a quiet Catholic school set peacefully in Yellowbrook. It wasn't too special, but the kids were well enough. After a time, however, a new Principle from London was appointed after the old one was deemed senile. She brought in entirely new regimes and cirriculums and eventually changed the entire school into an international boarding college for troubled children, mainly of rich parents. It has since become one of the most highly demanded schools all over the world, however the amount of students accepted into the school is relatively low. Despite it's popularity, Marist remains a rather small school. One of the most vast differences of it to the rest of the town is that the design of the school is completely modern.
